Granny Flats & Cabins Victoria is an Australian owned family business that manufactures granny flats, cabins, workshops, pool houses, studios and much more, in Melbourne, Victoria. We are passionate about our products and our business is led and owned by Matt Chapman. Matt is a registered builder, qualified wood machinist and since he was 14 years of age has been building kids cubbies, timber sheds and granny flats in his local community. Matt was building all of these under his previous business, Matt’s Homes & Outdoor Design, as his focus is now on the granny flat range Matt has decided to rebrand his company to Granny Flats & Cabins Victoria

Being a father of three, Matt knows how important it is to give back to the community and is a great supporter of well-known and smaller organisations, from the Royal Children's Hospital fund to the local kindergarten.

Matt's creative design, coupled with his building skills and practice, means that he has put together a range of products to suit all backyards and outdoor lifestyles. We have a home for everyone, from the teenager in the back yard to a granny flat for the grandparents.
